Do I need to have a ticket to enter?

One ticket is required per person, with the exception of children 2 and under who are free. Tickets can be purchased here or at the Durham Bulls box office.

What does my ticket include?

General Admission Ticket: You can buy this ticket to see holiday light displays and a holiday light show at the stadium. You can also buy food and drinks at the Jingle Bell Bistro and shop at the Winterland Market on certain days.

General Admission + Sledding Ticket: With this ticket, you can slide down Frosty Fun Hill presented by Copper Builders on a tube as many times as you want! You also get all the cool stuff from the general admission ticket. IMPORTANT NOTE: the minimum height requirement for sledding is 42 inches. For the safety of our riders, only one person can be in the tube at a time.

General Admission + Sledding + Train Ticket: This ticket lets you slide down the Frosty Fun Hill presented by Copper Builders and take a ride on the Bulls Express Train presented by Lee Air Conditioning around the stadium. You can do them as many times as you can during your visit. IMPORTANT NOTE: the minimum height requirement for sledding is 42 inches. For the safety of our riders, only one person can be in the tube at a time.

Igloo Reservation: You can book a cozy Igloo in the Infield for you and up to 5 friends. It comes with snacks, and you get 45 minutes to enjoy your private igloo. Just pick a time when you want to go.

Season Pass: If you want to have fun many times, you can get a season pass for $99. It lets you visit as often as you want and do the snowy hill and train rides. You can buy it at woolebull.com/tickets. IMPORTANT NOTE: the minimum height requirement for sledding is 42 inches. For the safety of our riders, only one person can be in the tube at a time.

Remember: Not all ticket options are available every night, and once you buy a ticket, you can't get your money back. You can only use your ticket on the date you chose.

What is the park’s bag policy?

Bags or containers larger than 16" x 16" x 8" are not permitted inside Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Bags within the permitted size do not need to be clear bags, however all bags are subject to search before entry into the ballpark. Diaper bags and medical bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted.

Can I pay with cash?

Durham Bulls Athletic Park is a cashless facility in order to encourage decreasing transaction times, creating faster moving lines, and improving overall guest satisfaction. Only major credit and debit cards and pre-loaded tickets are accepted at DBAP points of sale, including the Ballpark Corner Store and all food and beverage locations.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Bulls ticketing is fully digital! Staff or scanning pedestals will be able to scan your ticket without contact. To view and manage your tickets online, please click here.

Is the DBAP accessible?

For the convenience of our guests with disabilities, the DBAP has elevators located inside the main lobby to the left of OT Sports Ballpark Corner Store and also on the right-field end of the concourse.

Where can I find assistance at the event? 

Lowes Foods Guest Services is located on the main concourse, to the left of the stairways. Please go to Lowes Foods Guest Services to report lost children, inquire about lost and found items, or to ask any questions that may arise while visiting the ballpark. 

Where can I receive first aid? 

Medical care is available at the First Aid tent, located on the field for easy access.

What items are prohibited at DBAP?

  • Bags or containers larger than 16" x 16" x 8"

  • Outside food or drink, with the exception of a sealed, clear bottle of water not exceeding one quart.

  • Alcoholic beverages

  • Glass bottles

  • Weapons/fireworks

  • Toy guns and knives (including water guns)

  • Sticks and clubs

  • Items that could be projectiles

  • Bullhorns/airhorns, laser devices and pointers

  • Coolers of any kind

  • Skateboards and rollerblades

  • Unmanned aerial vehicles

  • Chairs of any kind

**Strollers are allowed in the stadium and may be left at either the bottom of the 200-level sections, or top of the outfield sections when not being used.

If any of the above items are discovered at our gates, our security staff members will ask that you return these items to your vehicle or be thrown away. Prohibited items will not be stored.

Can I leave the event and re-enter?

We do not allow re-entry at Wool E.’s Winter Wonderland.

Can I smoke at DBAP?

Smoking is prohibited at City of Durham facilities. 

What if I miss my scheduled day?

No exchanges or refunds are permitted for the event. Our Season Pass lets you visit as often as you want and do the snowy hill and train rides, all for just $99! You can purchase one here.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

The event is rain or shine. Announcements will be made in the event of cancellation. If cancellation occurs, purchased tickets can be exchanged for a future available date.
